What we collect and why

• Order information — when you check out with PayPal, we receive your name, delivery address, email address and order details. We use these solely to fulfil your order, provide customer support, and meet our legal record-keeping obligations. We never see your card or bank details — payment is handled entirely by PayPal.
• Newsletter — if you join our mailing list, we store your email address (via our website host, Netlify) and use it only to send occasional Petal & Pack news. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, or email us to be removed at any time.
• Email correspondence — if you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to help you.

Cookies & local storage

We use only essential browser storage: your basket contents, your light/dark mode preference, and your cookie choice. These stay on your device and are never sent to us or anyone else. PayPal sets its own cookies when you check out, which are necessary to process your payment securely — see PayPal's privacy policy. We use no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

Who we share data with

PayPal (payment processing) and Royal Mail (delivery labels carry your name and address). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years as required by UK tax law, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict our processing, and request data portability. Email cameron@thediigitals.com and we'll respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
