Who can order

We sell and deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Orders with a non-UK delivery address cannot be completed at checkout and will be refused.

Products & authenticity

All products are genuine, officially licensed KAYOU merchandise in English-language editions, sourced through official distributors. Single cards are sold in Near Mint condition, photographed in hand — the exact card pictured is the exact card you receive. My Little Pony is a trademark of Hasbro; we are an independent retailer of genuine licensed product and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Hasbro or KAYOU.

Prices & payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken at checkout via PayPal.

Delivery

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are charged at checkout. Estimated dispatch is 4–6 weeks from order; we will email you if this changes. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full and immediate refund — just email us.

Cancellations & returns (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email cameron@thediigitals.com within that period, then return the items within 14 days of telling us. Items must be returned unused: sealed products must remain sealed, and single cards must be returned in their original protective packaging in the condition sent. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.

Faulty or misdescribed items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 30 days for a full refund including return postage, or a replacement where available.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.
