Who can order

We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and a range of international destinations. Available options and prices are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address; if your country is not offered, we cannot currently post there.

Orders outside the UK: the price you pay us covers the goods and postage only. Any import duty, VAT, customs charges or handling fees applied by the destination country are payable by you, and are not included in our prices. Please check your own country's thresholds before ordering — we cannot refund an order that is refused or abandoned because of unpaid import charges.

Products & authenticity

All products are genuine, officially licensed KAYOU merchandise in English-language editions. Most of our range is imported by us from official distributors in South East Asia; some items are bought from UK trade suppliers and retailers. Either way, every item is checked before it reaches you. Single cards are sold in Near Mint condition, photographed in hand — the exact card pictured is the exact card you receive.

My Little Pony is a trademark of Hasbro. Petal & Pack is an independent retailer selling genuine licensed product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official distributor for Hasbro or KAYOU, and we do not represent ourselves as such.

Prices & payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Checkout and payment are handled securely by Shopify; card, PayPal and other methods offered at checkout are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. The price charged is the price shown in the Shopify checkout.

Delivery

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are charged at checkout. Estimated dispatch is 4–6 weeks from order; we will email you if this changes. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full and immediate refund — just email us.

Cancellations & returns (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@petalpack.co.uk within that period — or use the wording below if you prefer — then return the items within 14 days of telling us.

You're welcome to handle and inspect items as you would in a shop. If they're handled beyond that and their value is reduced as a result, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund — for example, if a sealed booster box has been opened, or a single card is returned outside its protective sleeve and has picked up damage. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.

Model cancellation wording — copy this into an email if it's easier:

"I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of the following goods: [item(s)]. Ordered on: [date]. Order reference: [reference]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [today's date]."

Faulty or misdescribed items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 30 days for a full refund including return postage, or a replacement where available.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.
